Technical services and support
All projects realized by the enterprise are provided with escort during the warranty period, after which the customers are given the opportunity to receive post-warranty support of the implemented systems.
Maintenance includes the following tasks:
- author's supervision of the operation of a complex of technical facilities and applied software;
- set and analysis of failure statistics, issuance of recommendations on the composition and volume of spare parts;
- correction of application software in the event of system change tasks;
- Specialists’ visit on the call of the Customer in the event of occurrence of extraordinary situations;
- training and professional development of the Customer's specialists.
